CSS Target Range – 127-140mm for Gyratory crushers, 12-20mm for Cone crushers

C-Gap system

MT 0001 C-Gap console, MT 0002 7-22mm sensor, MT 0011 128-148mm sensor, MT 0015 5m Hose length, MT 0018 15m Hose length.

The C-Gap is working great on are primary crushers. We have it set up very nice and easy to use. We yet to try it on are secondary cone crushers. We still need to get the hoses and balls set up for it.

I have trained six of are guys on it and they are picking it up very fast. The C-Gap will help us on the throughput to the crushers also the safety of it is a big plus!!!! Our secondary cone crushers will be the hardest of all to get the ball to get down into the wear zone. They spin very fast, other than that everything is very awesome with the C-Gap.
